Orders Are FINAL SALE

That said, we don't like absolutes here at Clothes Mentor STL, so here are some other guidelines we use just so we can make sure there are some options to a return request you may have:

• Online orders which are PICKED-UP in store within 7 days of placing the order can be returned or exchanged at the time of pick-up.
• Orders that were SHIPPED and we choose to make an acceptation to our Return Policy, the request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.  
• There is a 5% restocking fee and all return shipping is paid for by the customer.
