Shipping
ShopCMstl.com can ship orders to all locations within the Continental United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. For shipping to AK or HI, please contact us by email (below), additional shipping charges do apply.
Each Clothes Mentor store is locally owned and cannot ship items from other locations, separate shipping charges will apply.
We do provide FREE shipping nationwide on all orders $100 and over or $8.99 Flat rate for other orders.
Shipping Guidelines:
- Orders are fulfilled and scheduled for USPS pickup within 2-4 business days, Mon. - Fri., 9am-5pm, excluding holidays.
- All items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and can take up to 10 days or more to arrive.
- Expedited Shipping or switching Shipping Carriers can be available for an extra fee, please reach out to ShopClothesMentorSTL@gmail.com
- Shipping times will vary based on your location.
- You will receive a tracking number after we have shipped your order.
In-Store pickup: This option will also appear at checkout under shipping/pickup methods.
- Orders for PICK-UP typically will be ready for after 1pm. the following business day of when the order is placed, (Mon.-Fri.) or sooner.
- An email when your order is fulfilled and ready for pick-up will be sent.
- Orders that have been fulfilled and received an email to pickup can be picked up any time during our normal business hours:
- Mon.-Sat. 10a-8p
- Sunday 11a-6p

(NOTE: Store may be closed on major holidays or due to inclement weather, please email us or check our Facebook or Instagram page for the most current updates).
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday and Holidays will not usually ship out until the following week.
