Shipping policy

We provide FREE shipping nationwide on all orders $100 and over ($8.99 Flat rate for other orders).

Shipping Guidelines:

Orders are fulfilled and scheduled for USPS pickup within 2-4 business days, Mon. - Fri., 9am-5pm, excluding holidays.
All items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and can take up to 10 days or more to arrive.
Expedited Shipping or switching Shipping Carriers can be available for an extra fee, please reach out to ShopClothesMentorSTL@gmail.com
Shipping times will vary based on your location.
Please note we do not ship international.

We also offer In-Store pickup. This option will appear at checkout under shipping/pickup methods.

Orders for PICK-UP typically will be ready for after 1pm. the following business day of when the order is placed, (Mon.-Fri.).
An email when your order is fulfilled and ready for pick-up will be sent.
Pickup can only be made by the original person on the order and with a valid ID.
Orders that have been fulfilled and received an email to pickup can be picked up any time during our normal business hours:
- Mon.-Sat. 10a-8p
- Sunday 11a-6p
- Clothes Mentor STL in 34 Ronnies Plaza St. Louis, MO 63126.
